Should I refrigerate my chocolates?

We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing chocolates. Simply keep your chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  The temperature in a refrigerator is too low and the humidity too high, which can affect the appearance and texture of the chocolates, though it is still perfectly safe to eat.

What is the difference between White Chocolate and White Coating?

White chocolate is considered "real" chocolate because it contains cocoa butter.  It does not contain chocolate liquor, which makes the chocolate brown.  We use real white chocolate, which our chocolate company makes in their chocolate factory in Belgium.  Real white chocolate has an off-white color, a mild cocoa taste and is great for snacking and making desserts.

White coating is not chocolate.  It is made with vegetable oil.  We do not use white coating in any of our products.  It has a much higher melting temperature than white chocolate, making it easier to work with.  It is also much less expensive than true white chocolate.

Are any of your chocolates dairy free?

Our 72% dark chocolate is dairy free.  We mold this chocolate into round domes, thin squares, and 3.35 oz. bars for your enjoyment.
